You receive written confirmation of your booking.
You are able to use the cottage/apartment from 3 p.m. on the agreed day of arrival until 12 noon on the day of departure, unless otherwise confirmed.
The application fee must be paid within 10 days of the date on which we sent the confirmation to you. The fee will be dedicated from the rent. The remaining rent must be paid no lather then 30 days before the agreed day of arrival. If you are booking less than 30 days in advance, the full rent must be paid within 10 days of the booking date.
